This music plays over the scene where the Doctor and the Little Girl run into each other on the deserted streets and seek refuge in the nearby school. However, unbeknownst to them, the Killer is waiting inside.

This is true chase, stinger, and suspense music. It is aggressive and emotional. Full of hopelessness until the end.
